At Glenleigh Park, we communicate with our families in a number of ways. Our 'Key Dates and Reminders' are sent out to all primary guardians via Arbor at the end of each week, so you can make a note of all upcoming events. You will also receive our 'Head's Update' fortnightly, as well as our termly Newsletter. All these documents are also shared on the Glenleigh Park Facebook page, along with other interesting updates and news.
For day-to-day communication, the nursery staff will be available at the start and end of each day. We encourage parents and carers to communicate anything we might need to know at the start of the day, and our staff will ensure any pertinent information is also passed to parents at collection times. We also use an online platform to share updates and photos with you throughout the day when your child is in nursery, so you can keep up to date with how they are getting on.
You can view our full term dates, including INSET days, for this academic year here.
We offer a comprehensive settling-in process for every child who starts with us, to ensure they (and you) feel safe and happy.
We understand that every child is different and a member of the nursery team will discuss with you our settling-in process, which includes parent stay and play sessions, and shorter taster sessions before a child starts.
