We are delighted to welcome you and your child to our Nursery.

At Glenleigh Park we provide childcare and education for children aged from 2 years to 4 years old.

Opening hours for the Nursery (term time only) are Monday to Friday 08:00 – 16:00.

At our Nursery all our staff are fully qualified and undergo an extensive induction programme. All staff regularly participate in continuous professional development programmes throughout the academic year to ensure the highest quality of provision is available at Glenleigh Park Nursery. 

At all times, there is a member of staff present on site who is fully Paediatric First Aid trained, and all staff are checked by the Disclosure and Barring Service as part of our recruitment processes. 

We work to the following ratios in accordance with OFSTED:

• 2-3 years, 1 adult to 5 children
• 3-5 years, 1 adult to 8 children.

It is our belief that every child is unique and develops at their own pace. Through our holistic approach, delivered by caring and highly qualified staff, this ensures that every child receives individualised support tailored to their needs. Whether your child is just beginning their nursery journey or preparing for school, we are here to give them the best possible start.

As every child is an individual, we assign a Key Person to each child to understand and assist each child to their full potential.

Learning through play is central to our philosophy as it builds confidence and encourages children to try new things.

We also believe that working in partnership with parents is key to helping children feel happy, confident, and supported in their learning.
