Aurora believes that our schools need to work in partnership with their local communities.  We do this by providing:

• Education about all major world religions and the celebration of a diverse range of special events
• The use of school facilities to meet the needs of local community groups
• Safe opportunities for community members to mentor and coach students in order to raise aspirations
• Partnership with local business communities
• High quality transition arrangements with all other education and care providers
• Proactive partnership with the Regional School Commissioner’s office, local authorities, school partnerships and school forums
• Proactive representation on key regional and national academy trust groups and forums
